5-Year Comfort Guarantee

Our 5-Year Comfort Guarantee covers the foam core maintaining its shape and support under normal use.

If the foam loses its structure or no longer supports your dog properly, we’ll repair, replace, or provide a suitable solution.

12-Month Manufacturing Warranty

Our 12-month manufacturing warranty covers defects in materials and construction across all other components, including:

- Waterproof inner liner

- Zips and stitching

- Removable covers

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

- Normal wear and tear

- Damage caused by chewing, scratching, accidents, or misuse

- Improper care or washing

- Modifications or repairs by unauthorised parties
